This feature allows you to view multiple calendars on one Standard Calendar View, by the Month, Week or Day. If you are using or have created multiple calendars, you can view them all or any combination of the multiple calendars, on the same Standard calendar view. The Standard Calendar, with multiple or a single calendar gives you the option also to include Campaigns, Events and Projects and Tasks on the same calendar, or any combination. The printing function and/or saving the view, as a .PDF is available, as well.
If you would like for the approval reminders to automatically stop, when someone “denies” an approval and restart when you have made the changes or updated the file, Here is what to do and how it works. This must be done by the Account Administrator.
You can consolidate different or all Events in the Event Summary Budget Report. The Report will show your Budget dollars entered for the Event, what has been Planned and the Balance remaining for that Budget number.
